Drop-down menus may display on a screen or in a grid within this system. 

1.    Click the  (open menu) button to display menu options.

2.    Menu options may vary by screen and content type.

·         Click in a check box to select an option.  Click the “All” check box to select all items in the menu.

·         Click on a check mark to deselect an option.  Click the “All” check mark to deselect all items in the menu.

·         To select multiple records but not all, click the “All” check box then click on selected check marks to deselect records.  To deselect multiple records but not all, click the “All” check mark then click in check boxes to select records.

3.    Click the Apply button to activate your selections.

a.    When only one option may be selected in a menu, no check boxes display, and the option is automatically applied upon selection; no button is required to apply the option.
