Use the  (download grid contents) button to download selected data from Listings/Crosstabs that are on the selected Dashboards.  Downloaded data is saved in Excel (*.xlsx) format and includes multiple tabs in a single document when multiple data categories are included in the View.  This option is available for all standard Reports in your environment. 
E.g., Use this option in place of the Download (button)/Crosstab option in this system, to include multiple data categories in a single Excel file/download.  Use this option for any Standard Report/Dashboard Screen.

When no Listings/Crosstab data is selected and you click this button, an error message displays onscreen, and no file is produced.  Refer to Filter and Drill Down to Data as needed. 

Optionally, use the View Original (button)  |  Custom View [name] (button) and Subscribe (button) options as needed to save and subscribe to a view.

1.    Navigate to a dashboard in this system.

2.    Select data metrics; refer to Dashboard Elements Filter Functionality as needed. 

3.    Click the  (download grid contents) button and the system produces an Excel document. 

a.    File options may display based on the browser in use.  Navigate to the location where your browser saves downloads, to locate your file.  Use the options presented to access the file. 

4.    The downloaded data is saved in Excel (*.xlsx) format.

a.    When using this button with Metrics/Visuals/dropdown filters, the data download includes the Listings with filtered data.
